Celebrate the beginning of spring at Blue Mountain Brewery! Join us in the event hall for a six course meal paired with Blue Mountain Brewery brews and hosted by Brewmaster Taylor Smack.
1st Course: SESAME GINGER TUNA SALAD
Seared tuna on a bed of butter lettuce with pears, avocado, radishes, mango, red peppers, and carrot ribbons with sesame ginger vinaigrette
Pairing: Juicy Moves Galaxy IPA
2nd Course: BBQ STICKY RIBS
House-smoked pork ribs with Cherry Sour Devil sticky BBQ sauce and pickled red onions
Pairing: Cherry Sour Devil Concealed Darkness
3rd Course: POTATO PAVÉ
Thinly sliced and layered potatoes skewered and deep fried, topped with roasted garlic aioli

4th Course: BRAISED OXTAIL & GRITS
Red wine braised oxtail, carrots, and onions over a bed of smoked gouda cheese grits
Pairing: Blackened Magic Barrel-Aged Schwarzbier
5th Course: BAKED BRIE BOWL
House-made bread bowl stuffed with brie cheese, baked, and topped with apple honey reduction
